Tuber Sale starts Friday April 24th (EST) at noon for Members only.

Public Sale opens Saturday April 25th (EST) at noon

Sale projected to end Sunday April 26th (EST) at midnight

• Final inventory of available varieties will be posted on Monday April 20th.

• *** Password to the sale site will be mailed to members-only on Monday April 20th and will activate at the opening of the sale- do NOT share or you lose your order

• The site will close on Thursday April 23rd (EST) at noon to load inventory

• There are 3 Sale Pages grouped according to Type/Size/Form. Each group and subgroup are now alphabetical for easier navigation

Search Function appears on our website’s Homepage and on all Sale Pages, you can search for any individual dahlia  by name or partial/name.

Tuber Donations: Drop off to Bernie between March 25th and April 20th- email berniehine1@gmail.com

• All tuber donations including undivided clumps are welcome

• Clean and individually labelled tubers are preferred

• All unnamed tubers will become ‘Mystery Tubers”

• Please forward your list of donated tubers asap to berniehine1@gmail.com and travaleirene@gmail.com so they can be entered into the sale

• If available, please send pictures of your tuber donations (if they are not on our website already) to hdsdahliapics@gmail.com include the name of the dahlia in the Subject line. JPEG preferred

• For donated tubers that are shipped to our club you will be fully reimbursed. Send all receipts to travaleirene@gmail.com‍ ‍

Sales Restrictions and Important Information about your Cart

• There are no limits on the number of tubers you can purchase at any time 

• Some rarer varieties will have a limit of 1-2 per member until the sale goes Public. If you try to purchase more of the limited varieties during the member sale your entire order will be refunded.

• Tubers purchased from this sale cannot be resold for the current growing season 

• We cannot offer Cart Reservations or Wish Lists with our platform 

• Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee its availability until checkout is complete, as it can still be purchased by another customer 

• If an item sells out before you finalize your order, it will be automatically removed from your cart

Pickup Locations: Hamilton, Burlington, Grimsby, and Brampton locations

‍ ‍ ‍There are 2 Important Steps For Picking up Your Order

1. Select “Store Pickup” at Checkout

• A list of Pickup Locations are included in this section.

• Select ‘continue’

2. In the Next Box- Enter either: 1. Your “Pickup Location” or 2. “Free Shipping” (this allows for free shipping after your first order)

Shipping: Canada-Wide

• Select the “Shipping” option at checkout 

• Shipping is $25 flat rate via Canada Post. (*NB If you order a large quantity of tubers there may be additional charges)

To avoid multiple shipping charges at checkout choose ”Store Pickup” then in the next‍ ‍box write in “Free Shipping”

‍ ‍Combining Orders

• For all multiple orders (shipping or pickup) please send a list of your Order Numbers to berniehine1@gmail.com

• Refunds: We do provide refunds for extra shipping charges and damaged tubers. Refunds will be issued once at the end of the sale.
